Please notify us within 5 days after receiving your package by calling 714-255-1675 or sending email to placematstore@yahoo.com
A return authorization number will be given to you at that time. All returns must contain the following information:
Date call or email was sent
Customer name
Invoice number
Return Authorization number
Store credit or refund requested, not including shipping which will not be included in any returns
Merchandise must be received within 10 days after contact is made and must be received in its original condition before final credit or refund is issued.
Your return must be packaged properly to ensure safe arrival. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed returns.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
